Shipping policy

We aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and predictable, so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from sāng.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of being placed.
Once your order is ready, it will be picked up by our shipping carrier within the same timeframe.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Method & Carrier

  • Carrier: Fedex or UPS

  • Shipping Method: Ground shipping (standard)

At this time, all standard orders are shipped via Fedex Home Deliveries or UPS Ground.


Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Available options and pricing will be shown before you complete your purchase.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping Insurance

Orders are shipped without additional shipping insurance.
If you have special delivery concerns, we recommend reaching out to our customer care team before placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification.

  • To cancel or update an order, please email help@trysang.com as soon as possible.

  • If you’d like to add items to your purchase, we kindly ask that you place a separate order.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the return is processed.
