Return & Refund Window

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may be refused.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

Be new, unused, and unwashed

Have all original tags attached
Please note:

Damaged, stained, or soiled items are not eligible for return or refund.

Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable or refundable.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

Final sale items are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), Sāng will cover the return shipping.

If a return is initiated voluntarily (no defect or error), a $20 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if:

The item is defective, or
-
The wrong item was shipped

We also offer one free exchange per order if you wish to exchange for a different product or size.

For additional exchanges, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order.
