Refund policy

At sāng, we want you to feel confident and cozy in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below.

Return & Refund Window

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may be refused.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be new, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

Please note:

  • Damaged, stained, or soiled items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable or refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please note that credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for refund.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), Sāng will cover the return shipping.

  • If a return is initiated voluntarily (no defect or error), a $20 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted if:

    • The item is defective, or

    • The wrong item was shipped

  • We also offer one free exchange per order if you wish to exchange for a different product or size.

  • For additional exchanges, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order.
